Flewelling & Moody worked closely with a site planning committee to ensure the modernization and new construction at Willard Elementary School would meet the needs of the campus and outside community. The new 2,300 sq. ft. library provided for Willard, which was originally built in 1922, is twice the size of the area that was previously being used as the library. The modernizations done to the existing school buildings included adding Internet drops in every classroom, improving the roofing, adding lighting, repairing the drinking fountains and putting up new fencing. In addition to the library a new 2,300 sq. foot multi-purpose room was built. The new facility is used as an indoor lunch area, a space for assemblies, and many other purposes.
