Flewelling & Moody worked closely with city planners to design this 75-unit senior subsidized housing facility. The design fulfilled requirements for a small-town feel with its low-rise structure, multiple setbacks, and appropriate landscaping. Brick veneer was used on lower portions of the exterior, echoing the use of brick in the city’s historic downtown buildings. Traditional balconies and window elements were used in a contemporary style, contributing to the building’s unique flavor.
