Project Location: Newhall, California Client: Newhall School District Completion Date: 2003 Cost: $12,000,000 The campus’ 20,700 SF core building contains a multipurpose room, special purpose classroom, library and administrative facilities. The modular buildings will contain two-story classrooms (the first two-story modular classrooms in the District), equipped to support technology and Internet connectivity. Also incorporated into the school design are energy management systems for the heating and air-conditioning and motion sensor lights, resulting in cost-efficient energy use. Pico Canyon can accomodate 850 students.
