| The Persepolis-USA Cultural Center - exhibition halls, a research library, learning/workshop studios, theaters, restaurants, and banquet and convention facilities - is dedicated to the historical, literary and artistic achievements of the Persian culture.
The Persepolis-USA project aims at creating a ground for cultural exchange and awareness for new generation of Americans whom have their ancestral ethnicity in diverse nationalities within the larger Persian culture such as Persians, Armenians, Tajiks, Caucasians and Afghans. In addition the center’s main goal is to provide an international center for exchange of ideas through literary, artistic and scientific events occurring periodically during the course of the year.
The project nearly covers 16 acre of land with water features, landscape, amphitheater and gardens dedicated to archeological replicas of the distant past. The nearly one hundred thousand square footage of permanent exhibit as well as nearly thirty thousand square footage of traveling exhibit along with a state of the art research library equipped with the most current multimedia facilities and enriched by workshops and studios promises to become one of the most important centers for architectural, artistic and literary research in Persian and Near Eastern culture as well as internation events such as film and music festivals.
