Project Location: Anaheim, California Client: North Orange County Community College District Completion Date: 2005 (in construction) Estimated Construction Cost: $3,500,000 The NOCCCD Headquarters / Anaheim campus facility is housed in a 10-story retrofitted hospital building. The initial conversion project left five floors, of approximately 12,000 SF each, vacant as future tenant lease space. A set of tenant standards were developed to create a uniform look throughout the building. With vocational schools as the primary tenants, each user identified their programmatic needs which were then developed for approval and then construction.
