Completion Date: 2003
Cost: $3,400,000

Approximately 11,000 SF located in the newly created "Fine Arts Plaza," this building contains 12 classrooms and related support services. A second-floor footbridge creates an aerial student pedestrian walkway connecting the existing campus architecture withthe new.

All the classrooms are designed to receive natural light during the day from high windows. The quality of natural light in these classrooms creates a positive educational environment and improves the learning ability and motivation of students, as research by various agencies across the country—such as the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS)—has shown.
