 Principal Jim's knowledge of OPSC and SAB funding and his ability to prepare integrated master plans has resulted in his districts obtaining additional state funding for technology upgrades, while stretching modernization bond monies. Additionally, Jim has spearheaded public relation programs within these same districts that further educate the district members and constituents on the state funding process. This education and support has been widely accepted by the general public with hopes of expanded support for future bond ballot measures. HUD 202 programs present further funding challenges, however Jim has successfully tackled a number of these business opportunities because of his thorough knowledge of funding requirements and options. He excels at collaborating with housing agencies and public officials to design and produce exceptionally tasteful, cost-effective designs.
