Angel Guardian Home is a new residential facility in Los Angeles, completed in 2000, to assist the growing population of homeless women and children in the City. It is part of larger site at which Homeless No More, Inc. and the Good Shepherd Center steward a program for Catholic Charities that includes an outreach / drop-in program and an emergency center for women and children. The firm’s design of the residential building maintained the site’s architectural context. The two-story building contains 13 two-bedroom units, averaging 750 square feet. Its amenities include a community room, courtyard, playground, and laundry facilities.
