It is part of larger site at which Homeless No More, Inc. and the Good Shepherd Center steward a program for Catholic Charities that includes an outreach / drop-in program and an emergency center for women and children. The firm’s design of the residential building maintained the site’s architectural context. The two-story building contains 13 two-bedroom units, averaging 750 square feet. Its amenities include a community room, courtyard, playground, and laundry facilities.
