| | The gymnasium addition fulfills the school planners' desire for a first-class indoor recreational facility that also can serve as a meeting place for the entire school. A split-face veneer is used to resemble stone for enhancing its aesthetic appearance and also offers low-cost maintenance. Constructed on a triangular piece of property, the entrance was oriented away from the street to increase access space for pedestrians and vehicles. Across from the new Disney Imagineering Building, the facility is a wonderful contribution to the modernization of downtown Burbank.
