Since 1996, El Rancho USD has embarked on a $28M modernization program to upgrade the infrastructure of the District’s 16 schools. Flewelling & Moody is the Architect of Record at all 16 schools. The scope of work is similar across all sites, and includes the following:
- New HVAC in most classrooms
- Installation of high-efficiency lighting and new suspended ceilings
- New electrical service and distribution
- New R-30 batt insulation on the roof underside
- Modernization of toilets
- Interior painting, flooring & finishes
- ADA compliance upgrades
- Window replacement (in some sites)
- Administrative area reconfiguration
- Technology infrastructure installation
