Since 1996, El Rancho USD has embarked on a $28M modernization program to upgrade the infrastructure of the District’s 16 schools. Flewelling & Moody is the Architect of Record at all 16 schools. The scope of work is similar across all sites, and includes the following:
  • New HVAC in most classrooms
  • Installation of high-efficiency lighting and new suspended ceilings
  • New electrical service and distribution
  • New R-30 batt insulation on the roof underside
  • Modernization of toilets
  • Interior painting, flooring & finishes
  • ADA compliance upgrades
  • Window replacement (in some sites)
  • Administrative area reconfiguration
  • Technology infrastructure installation
