Flewelling & Moody serves as the Architect-of-Record on this project. A sole and separate Design Architect has been assigned for the initial design phases for these projects. As the Architect of Record, Flewelling & Moody provides design oversight and project coordination from Programming through the Design Development phases. Flewelling & Moody then provides Construction Documentation and Construction Administration and project close-out services.

This project consists of three separate buildings:
  1. Student Center Building with Bookstore. Construction of a new 2-story, 42,000SF, steel and glass structure with pedestrian bridges connecting the Student Center with the adjacent Administration Building and elevated Piazza Plaza.
  2. Student Activities Center. Conversion of the 7,000SF women’s shower locker room into a new campus activities center.
  3. Administration Building. Remodel of the 35,000SF 4-story Administration Building.
