Project Location: Santa Clarita, California Client: College of the Canyons Completion Date: May 2004 Estimated Construction Cost: $2,200,000 Architectural and engineering services consisting of CDs, bidding, CA and project close-out - for a new space addition to an existing Facilities Department warehouse. The project includes the following components: 1st floor warehouse 6,387sq ft. Administrative offices 1,678sq ft. Mezzanine floor 1,678sq ft. The offices, located under the proposed mezzanine, are flooded with natural lighting. This mezzanine will also be used as part of the warehouse floor for storage. The addition provides two additional loading docks, one on grade and the other utilized as a truck well. The scope of work includes the related site work and site modifications. All other areas such as existing parking, gas pump, trash enclosures and fence will remain as they are. Landscaping will be maintained or provided by the college’s Facilities Department.
